All orders are processed 24 hours after an order is placed. Once our vendors have begun the production process, your order can not be canceled.

- Wrong/Damaged Items: We will cover the shipping costs for returning wrong or damaged items.
- Other Returns: If a return is approved for reasons other than wrong or damaged items, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
